About Us

The Children's Station of Brewster opened its doors to children in September 1997. We have remained a trusted childcare provider by offering a safe, secure, family friendly facility with programs that encourage the overall development of children.

The center moved to Route 6, Brewster (in the Town of Southeast) January 2009 allowing us to offer an infant program in addition to our toddler and preschool programs. We are licensed by the New York State Office of Children and Family Services. Several of the staff are certified to administer medication and most staff are CPR and First Aid trained.

Here at The Children's Station we strive to develop a sense of community within the center, rather than create a marked separation between groups. We are focused on teaching the importance of kindness, believing that by instilling this basic value in our children we are preparing them for a life in which they will be compassionate and caring individuals, seeking to do good at every turn.
